[BLAST_SHIFTS] Thursday's shifts cancelled

Hi,

        Hall will be open Thursday for work on ABS and vacuum will not be
adequate for beam until Friday morning.

        Therefore shifts are cancelled from Thursday 08:00 until Friday
08:00.
