1) I just would like to mention that libblast was compiled
using cvs_v3/BlastLib2 (effectively v2.96 as can be seen from
the file CVS/Tag). There are still problems with the onlineGui.
2) The offending line in flrn was the following
// TOpt opt( arc, arv );
TOpt opt = TOpt::Instance( arc, arv );
for reasons to me obscure. Flrn now works and the flr file is of course
faster to use than the lr file. Please note that some other filter
macros probably need to be updated as well.
